delivery outside a five mile radius if purchases are over $200.00 &
within a 20 mile radius. Delivery is offered, for purchases less than
$100.00, at a $10.00 per shipment to a single destination within a
five mile radius of the store. An additional $10.00 will be added for
every ten miles from there out. Due to the volume of our
customers there will be no deliveries made after 7:00 p.m.

their busy lifestyles, so to aid in their time demands Park Avenue
Wine & Spirits will offer an express order and pick up service. This
service is accommodating to those whom are handicapped as well
as the parents with sleeping kids. Customers can simply order
online or by phone & drive up without the hassle of ever leaving
their vehicle. Orders will be ready in minutes or waiting for
customers as they drive up due to the pre-order in advance.
• PURCHASING FUTURES& PRESALES
Personal Requests & Futures Buying: A minimum order of 1 non-
mixed case will be required to secure any “Futures” or “Presales”.
1 bottle orders are acceptable as a “Personal Request” & will yield
a broken case charge increasing prices on average no more than
$2.00. Payment in full will be required at the time we confirm
availability & order. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Customers are responsible for any new taxes. We will contact
customers as soon as the product arrives. Future prices are
subject to change without notice. Shipping charges must be paid
before the order is shipped. If you would like to have the wooden
crates, they will be shipped with no additional charge. Do to the
extreme prices of futures it is recommended that each package be
insured in case the unfortunate does occur. Insurance rates are $.

available discounts. There is no restocking fee if you cancel your
future order within 15 days of placing your order. For any futures
